Do you have some great pics of the Spanish River High School Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, or Color Guard you can share?  You can upload them here!  Just follow the steps below.

Step 1:  Go to the band's Share Your Band Pics google share drive.

Step 2:  In the Upper left rail on desktop or lower right on mobile devices, click the + New button and select 'New Folder'. For the folder name, please include your name, the event or location pictures were taken, and the date of the pics.  Example:   Craig White - Home Game Halftime Show -  Aug 20, 2024

Step 3: Double-click the folder you just created to open it, then click the + New button again and select either 'File Upload' or 'Folder Upload'.

Step 4: Select the pics you want to upload and submit. Please avoid uploading near-copies of same or very similar pictures, rather select the best quality photo of that moment to upload.

Once your pictures and videos are reviewed, they will be moved to secure photo archive. If you would like to ensure staff at the Spanish River Band are alerted immediately of your photo upload, you can email pics@spanishriverband.org.

By uploading your pictures and videos to this share drive, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Consent for Use: You grant the Spanish River High School Band (hereinafter referred to as "the Band") a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your submitted media (photos and videos) in any manner and for any purpose. This includes but is not limited to use on the Band’s website, in promotional flyers, brochures, band merchandise, and other related materials.

No Compensation: You agree that you will not receive any compensation for the use of your photos or videos. All media submitted is considered gratis.

Attribution: While the Band will make reasonable efforts to provide credit for the submitted media where possible, it is not obligated to provide such credit. The Band reserves the right to use your media without providing attribution.

No Expectation of Privacy: By submitting your media, you understand and agree that your content may be publicly accessible and used in ways you may not anticipate.
