🚩For incoming students who miss the Lock-In Invitational, it's not too late to join! We will be posting the information and the forms you you'll need for the upcoming 2025-26 Band and Color Guard Programs on this page very soon. Please check back in a couple days!
Friday, May 2 (NEW DATE) Annual Band Lock-In/Invitational and Important Parent/Student Meeting.
This is for everyone planning to be in the SRHS Band/Guard next year. We will have a meeting for parents and students from 6pm-7pm in the SRHS band room, followed by a social event for all Band/Guard students from 7pm-10pm. All current and incoming students must RSVP here.
If you know band students planning to attend Spanish River next year, please tell them about this very important event! Please share or post the attached flyer.
We are asking current River students to bring food for the students as follows (incoming students, no need to bring anything!):
Flutes- fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, etc) and veggie trays,
Trumpets and Mellos- snacks (chips, pretzels, popcorn, etc - nut-free),
Clarinets- paper towels(packs of 4), red solo cups, dish soap, forks, clorox clean up, Lysol like wipes, or any antibacterial wipes.
Front ensemble and low brass- Dinner-ish/platter foods (chicken nuggets, Mac and cheese, meatballs, sandwiches, pizza, etc)
Drumline- Water (We need lots of it in cases of 16oz or half liter bottles ), and drinks like juice
Guard and saxes- Desserts
