Shout Outs!

Hello Band parents, students and friends!  Today is the last day to participate in the flash sponsorship sale & shout outs for the Spring/End of Year Concert.  The messages we have received so far have been beautiful!

Please use School Cash online to choose your sponsorship level if you would like to participate.   Once you make the contribution online or send in a check with your student, please email Erika Harris at fundraising@spanishriverband.org to let her know how you want your name to appear in the program (ie - personal name, company name, anonymous, etc.).  **All shout outs must be received by Wednesday, April 23, 2025** to be included in the concert program.  

Sponsorship Levels:

• Blue - $20

• Silver - $100

• Mickey - $320

• Gold - $1,000

• Platinum - $2,000

Please note that this is a general band fundraiser and is not being allocated to individual accounts. We will have more individual account fundraisers starting in August.  If you have any questions, please email or text Erika Harris. Kendra Scott Fundraiser - Saturday December 7, 2024

This Saturday we are having a fundraiser at Kendra Scott. We will be at the store in Mizner Park from 5-7pm and 20% of all proceeds for anyone who mentions "Spanish River" will go to the SRHS Marching Band & Color Guard.  In addition, you can make purchases online at www.kendrascott.com from December 7-8th and use the code GIVEBACK-IGMGQ.  This is a great time to get your holiday gifts (or even something for yourself)!

Restaurant Spirit Nights

• Tuesday, September 17, 2024 - Spirit Night at Five Guys (2240 NW 19th Street).  30% of the proceeds will go to the band.

• Tuesday, October 1, 2024 - Spirit Night at Vicenzo's NY Style Pizza (Regency Plaza), 20% of the proceeds will go to the band.

Domino's Pizza Slice the Price

Our largest fundraiser of the 2024 year has kicked off and runs from September 4th to September 18th!  We will be selling Domino's Pizza Slice the Price cards for $20.  For every card you sell, $10 goes to offset your band fees.  

Register your student on our personal Domino’s Pizza fundraising site at https://register.dominos.cards/44896

Parents, use your own information to register (with a non-school email) and then click “Add A Dependent” when prompted to add the Student's name. 

Once you register, you will immediately receive an email with your student’s personal site link.  Email this link to all your friends and family, post on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.  Get your QR code from the link and copy to your pictures so anyone can scan it while you are out and about. 

The cost of the card is only $20. $10 from each card you sell goes directly to offsetting your band fees!We highly recommend placing orders online.  The cards can be mailed directly to the purchaser for only $0.99 more! 

If someone does not want to buy the card online, they can write a check for $20 for each card purchased. Checks should be made payable to Spanish River High School; write your phone number and your student’s name in the memo section of the check. Cards will be distributed in school 2-3 weeks after the fundraiser close date (9/18/2024) 

If friends & family do not want a card but would love to support the fundraiser, they can go to the website and click "Donate a card". You will get $10 credit for this card and then you can resell this card for $20.

HOW TO SELL THE SLICE THE PRICE CARDS ONLINE

Check out your group's store here! 

You can sell cards to friends, family, and coworkers - basically anyone who LOVES pizza! Your customers will purchase from your store and have the cards shipped directly to them!

Check out your group's dashboard! You can track your sales, see who's supporting your group and how much Spanish River Band and Color Guard has raised! On your store and dashboard there will be links to easily share, but you can also copy and use the web address below in text, emails, or on social media.

HOW TO SELL WITH AN ORDER FORM

You should receive your order form on 9/4/2024. Collect money and write the name of your customer so you know who to return the cards to.

Turn in order forms and money to Spanish River Band and Color Guard on 9/18/2024.

Please make checks payable to: Spanish River HS.

We estimate that you will receive your cards from Spanish River Band and Color Guard  with your original order form about 2 - 3 weeks after the fundraiser ends.

Once you receive the cards, you will have to deliver them to your customers. Make sure you sell to people you will see again!
